Returned Merchandise
If you need to return an item that you purchased at Classic Veils, the item must be in new condition (i.e., unworn, unwashed, unaltered, not damaged, clean and must have the sales tags intact and attached). Merchandise must be returned within 20 days.
All items are carefully examined before being shipped out. Defective products are rare. In the unlikely event that the product is defective, don’t worry! We ask that you provide a brief explanation of the defect when you contact us.
