Classic Veils wants you to be completely delighted
with your bridal purchase. Should you need to return an item,
please review the complete details of our Return Policy below.
If you need to return an item that you purchased at Classic Veils, the item must be in new condition (i.e., unworn, unwashed, unaltered, not damaged, clean and must have the sales tags intact and attached). Merchandise must be returned within 20 days.
Defective products are rare. In the unlikely event that the product is defective, don’t worry! Please follow the same steps as if you are returning an item. We ask that you provide a brief explanation of the defect when you contact us.

Process to Return Merchandise
- Please email us to initiate a return.
- Returns must be initiated within three calendar days of receiving your product. (This includes weekends)
- A ‘Return Authorization Number‘ will be provided along with further instructions.
- Products that you are returning must be received at Classic Veils place of business within 20 business days after you have received your item(s).
- Please be sure to ship returns in their original packaging and packed in similar shipping materials.
- Clearly write your ‘Name’ & ‘Return Authorization Number’ on the invoice that was given to you.
We regret that return shipping costs are paid by the customer with the exception of defective or incorrect products.
A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. If you return an item in unacceptable condition we will not be able to process a refund and will therefore ship the merchandise back to you.
