Questions about Classic Veils products

Wonderful question! Most brides know very little about what style, color or lace they need for their dresses. That is why we strive to make the veil ordering process as easy as possible. We will send you actual swatches to view in person next to your dress. We also can help you in deciding by simply sending us a picture. Our designers have an amazing eye for what looks best and know all about the current trends.

Absolutely! We love helping brides make their custom items and seeing photos of your own gown or veils from pinterest make the process that much easier for all of us. Just contact us. We are happy to help!

The many different styles and lengths of veils can make veil shopping confusing. That’s why I wrote this guide to get you started and learn the lingo – the ultimate guide to wedding veil lengths!

When it comes to wedding veil options there are few different cuts to choose from: standard, circular, drop, mantilla and angel. Check out our Guide to Wedding Veil Cuts to find out which one is right for you.

All of our veils are made from high quality bridal illusion tulle.  If you would like to read more about wedding veil fabric please see our guide on Wedding Veil Fabric Type and Colors

Unfortunately, at this time we do not carry silk tulle veils.

Questions about Design

We can absolutely make a custom veil with a double ribbon edge. In fact we could take it one step further and make those ribbons different sizes and or colors if you’d prefer.

Please head over to our Custom Veil section and put in the comments that you would like a double ribbon edged veil.

We can certainly do a 3 tiered veil.  However, please keep in mind that with a 3 tiered veil you may be limited to the standard cut only.

Unfortunately at this time we don’t offer this service.

Our Mantilla styled veil (the style where the lace lays flat across your head (think Kim K) with no gather) will normally comb with a comb sewn underneath the lace. However, if you would prefer sans comb, we can certainly design your veil without  and send you hat pins instead. Just let us know!

However, please understand that each custom veil is completely hand crafted just for you, at the time of ordering. Meaning we try and avoid returns or exchanges at all cost. We do this by helping you make the perfect decision BEFORE placing your order. We are here to help and strive for the utmost customer service.

Questions about after care

When you receive your veil in the mail from Classic Veils, you will find it neatly folded in a clear bag. Unfortunately, there are bound to be a few wrinkles and creases from the folds.  Find out how you can to conquer those wrinkles here.

The best accessory for your wedding veil has to be the veil storage clip. With this little clip you can transport your veil easily and not be worrying about getting it wrinkled.

How you wear your bridal veil matters.  Find out how to wear it properly with out How to Properly Wear a Wedding Veil guide.
